   You’ll notice a $500 deposit when booking directly. When you subtract this $500 deposit, you'll see you are paying less in fees and saving up to 10% off. The refundable deposit is a standard safety measure for us, ensuring the property is well taken care of. Once our cleaning team verifies that the house rules were followed and there are no damages, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit within 72 hours of check-out. This process ensures both parties are protected and gives you peace of mind during your stay.
